I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. The employees were excellent. All the services were personalized. The hotel was in a STUNNING location really close to the town's centre, and the main square.

Nestled atop a majestic hill, the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the city below and surrounding nature. Guests can take advantage of the nearby hiking trails and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from their rooms. the rooms are elegantly decorated, the bathrooms are well maintained and the service is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers a variety of options and the staff takes care to provide organic and locally sourced products. the communal sitting areas throughout the hotel are immaculate and well furnished with a range of amenities.
The hotel can be difficult to locate, and some guests have found it to be poorly signposted.

The hotel had fantastic views of an island on a beautiful lake, perfect for watching sunsets. It was also conveniently located just a short bike ride away from the town center, which had a delightful market with handcrafted souvenirs and organic fruit and vegetables. Another advantage was the affordable romantic dinner option, complete with aphrodisiac food and beautiful decorations.
The hotel staff seemed overworked and slightly disorganized, which led to some delays in service. the rooms, while stylishly decorated, could have been cleaner and more well-maintained.
